Key Responsibilities: Perform statutory audits for clients across various industries in compliance with the Companies Act. Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to ensure process efficiency and regulatory adherence. Review and validate financial statements in line with Ind AS, Schedule III, and applicable audit standards. Prepare audit documentation and reports, highlighting key findings and presenting them to engagement managers. Ensure compliance with CARO 2020, Tax Audit requirements, and other statutory mandates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client personnel to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: May'25 attempt with a strong interest in audit and assurance. Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, Ind AS, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office and audit software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment under tight deadlines.
