Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team at [Company Name], a leading sports manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns and optimizing tax liabilities.
• Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity, preparing cash forecasts as needed.
• Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures, staying updated on changes in laws that affect the company.
• Advisory Role: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support business initiatives and improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or sports industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
