” – a transformative initiative focused on empowering migrant communities through education, health, and skill-building. We are looking for a motivated Center Coordinator to lead our Astronomy Club-based learning for primary and upper primary children at our Resource Centre in Gurugram. This role combines center management with hands-on science education. Freshers with a passion for teaching and science are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

A.

Center Management

● Oversee daily operations of the Resource Centre ● Maintain student attendance, documentation, and progress reports ● Coordinate with teachers and facilitators ● Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment B.

Teaching – Astronomy Club

● Conduct interactive, model-based science sessions ● Engage children in experiments and inquiry-based learning ● Prepare child-friendly lesson plans ● Track participation and maintain academic records

Eligibility Criteria

● Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc. or equivalent) ● Strong communication skills in Hindi and English ● Passionate about child development and experiential science learning, Comfortable using Google Forms, MS Office, WhatsApp ● Willingness to travel locally as needed

Salary & Required Documents

● Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Minimum fixed salary: ₹30,000) ● Mandatory: Last drawn salary slip to be submitted with application (Freshers exempted)
