Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Category Ownership & P&L Take full ownership of business strategy, growth, and profitability for new and existing categories.
• Product Placement & Merchandising Strategy Plan and implement effective product placement across digital platforms and physical Experience Centers to drive visibility and engagement.
• Product & Channel Optimization Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and optimize supply channels aligned with evolving business goals across both sales and display networks.
• Vendor & Execution Coordination Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely product delivery, installation, and display readiness.
• SOPs & Issue Resolution Own operational escalations, contribute to standardizing processes, and drive continuous improvements through structured SOPs.
