Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Brand Category & Marketing Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our brand across Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other modern retail & corporate platforms (both B2C and B2B). This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of category management, platform onboarding, marketing execution, and business development skills. Key Responsibilities Platform Onboarding & Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new ecommerce and q-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). Manage listing setup, cataloging, compliance, and go-live processes for all platforms. Drive pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies for each channel. Channel Marketing Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across ecommerce and q-commerce platforms. Coordinate brand visibility initiatives (banner ads, coupons, visibility deals, in-app marketing). Work with internal creative teams to deliver platform-specific content and assets. Category Management & Growth Own category-level growth targets and profitability across each platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with category teams across marketplaces. Analyze platform-specific data to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotional strategy. Corporate & Modern Trade Expansion Identify and onboard corporate gifting, B2B retail, and modern trade channels. Build strategic partnerships and negotiate favorable terms for product placement and exclusivity. New Channel Development Identify white-space opportunities for brand placement and comfort category expansion. Drive pilots for new channel partnerships and business models (subscriptions, collabs, etc.). Requirements3–7 years of experience in ecommerce, quick commerce, or D2C sales & marketing roles. Proven success in onboarding and scaling brands on Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc. Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, cataloging, and performance marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in consumer goods, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus. What We OfferOpportunity to work closely with the founding team of a Shark Tank-featured brand.
