This role is essential in maintaining and improving the standards of senior home care by using clinical protocols, incident data, digital tools, and team reviews to drive outcomes and safety. You’ll lead audits, manage incident reporting, improve protocols, and ensure our app-based quality systems function seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Quality Protocols & Audits Develop and update disease-specific care protocols aligned with QCI & international best practices Conduct care plan reviews and ensure caregiver understanding and compliance Generate monthly Care Quality Ratings for Care Managers Data-Driven Quality Management Track incidents: falls, infections, unplanned admissions, medication errors Maintain Google Sheet-based Quality MIS Analyze helpline data, exit calls, complaints – drive action Tech & Training Integration Collaborate with IT to embed training videos and protocols into our mobile app Ensure caregiver training is available, accessible, and measurable Team Leadership & Client Interface Lead weekly and monthly Care Manager review meetings Conduct client/caregiver check-ins for feedback Monitor caregiver placement quality and corrective actions Ideal Candidate - Medical background (Nursing, Allied Health, Public Health, or Clinical Admin) - 5+ years in healthcare quality, clinical ops, or training roles - Skilled in data analysis , quality audits, incident tracking, and reporting - Passion for eldercare , strong communication, and a team mindset Why Join Us?
