Our work is rooted in clarity, execution, and real performance.We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take charge of digital advertising campaigns particularly on Google Ads and contribute to lead generation, growth, and measurable outcomes across client accounts.This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience, a clear understanding of platform mechanics, and a mindset geared towards continuous optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)Provide support on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) as neededOptimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS)Write or refine ad copies and coordinate with the creative teamMonitor ad performance, flag issues early, and adapt strategies accordinglyMaintain campaign budgets, track results, and prepare periodic performance reportsStay informed about updates on ad platforms and adjust campaigns to align with policy changesRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaignsDeep working knowledge of Google Ads and platform toolsPractical familiarity with Meta Ads (doesn’t need to be a specialist)Strong understanding of paid media metrics and reportingAbility to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or clientsStructured, accountable, and able to deliver results independentlyPreferred ExperienceBackground in marketing for healthcare, wellness, or D2C productsExperience managing ad spends above ₹2,00,000 per monthGoogle Ads or Meta certifications (preferred, not mandatory)Previous work in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environmentWhy This RoleYou’ll join a company that values execution, not just planningBe a core part of the performance team with visibility across brandsFixed working hours and a stable on-site environmentOpportunity to take ownership of strategy and outcomesApplication ProcessTo apply, send your updated CV to contact@stcnetworks.inFor direct queries, contact us at 94864 38747Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
