Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Executive located in New Delhi. The Call Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing information about available properties. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, handling customer queries, guiding users through the rental process, scheduling property visits, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support the closing of rental agreements.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries and providing information over the phone
- Ability to manage and schedule property visits, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of interactions
- Basic understanding of the rental market and property management practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
