Required Skills: 2 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment , preferably with a mix of permanent and C2H hiring . Hands-on experience in hiring for product-based companies is mandatory . Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and market trends . Proficiency in using tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, ATS , etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
