EY is hiring for Senior Recruiter for Pune location.

Oil & Gas

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization (Client)
Well versed with Contract to hire recruitment
Sourcing expert, Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Foster long-lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings.
Expert is Data, Recruitment reports, MIS, recruitment dashboards
Hands on experience on Advanced Excel/MIS
Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in lates
Must have ATS knowledge (Screening/Shortlisting/Uploading) on ATS portals.
Must have skills: Recruitment, Offer process, Onboarding, Stakeholder Management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency for OIL & GAS hiring is MUST.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders.
5-10 Years of experience in Oil & Gas domain hiring
Experienced in Advanced Excel
any Graduate or Masters who can available within 0-30 Days
