Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Business Analyst & Tester Manual QA to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a professional who can effectively gather and analyze business requirements while also participating in software testing to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams..

Role & responsibilities:-

As a Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to recommend solutions.
• Support the development team in understanding requirements and refining scope.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning (Agile environment preferred).
• Maintain documentation .

Tester (Manual QA) Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform various levels of testing: functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Work with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Collaborate with the QA team to maintain testing standards and practices.
• Contribute to test plans and provide input for continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Manual QA Tester.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking tools .
• Strong documentation and requirement gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
