This is a high-impact role for someone ready to build performance marketing from scratch, drive measurable growth, and own end-to-end marketing funnels across D2C and B2B verticals.


🎯 Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Manager

You’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-converting paid campaigns across all digital channels — with a focus on lead generation, ROAS, customer acquisition, and hyperlocal clinic traffic.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and scale ROI-focused campaigns on

    Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic

    .
  • Manage budgets across acquisition funnels for both B2C (customers) and B2B (doctors/clinics).
  • Execute geo-targeted campaigns to drive traffic to partner clinics, events, demos, and treatments.
  • Own performance dashboards: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, and funnel drop-offs.
  • Collaborate with the content, social media, and design teams to align ad creatives and messaging.
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to continuously improve conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns for retargeting, drip nurturing, remarketing, and reactivation.
  • Work with CRM and tech teams to track end-to-end user journeys.
  • Monitor competitor ads, industry trends, and evolving platform algorithms.
  • Support product launches and regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with founder & brand teams to prepare investor-facing performance reports.


📚 Required Experience & Background:

  • 3–5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in:
  • Medical Devices / Skincare / Fashion / Health & Wellness / Ayurveda / BeautyTech / Aesthetics

  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage 6–7 figure monthly media budgets with accountability for results.
  • Experience launching new brands/products and scaling from ground zero.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (where applicable) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills with a strong bias for execution and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a startup-like, high-growth, collaborative environment.


✨ Bonus if you have:

  • Experience marketing luxury skincare or energy-based aesthetic machines/devices.
  • Knowledge of doctor/clinic funnel conversions and HNWI targeting.
  • Prior work with dermatologists, cosmetologists, or IV drip lounges.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
