Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist - IT Staffing at ProQubix located in Bangalore & Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills and effective communication to drive business development in the IT staffing sector. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition: Developing and executing strategies to identify and acquire new clients. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their ongoing needs and ensure satisfaction. Understanding Client Needs: Proactively engaging with clients to identify their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions. Proposal and Negotiation: Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients, and negotiating contracts and terms. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as recruiters and HR professionals, to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Revenue Growth: Setting and achieving revenue targets through effective business development strategies.
