As we establish our operations, we seek a proactive and versatile Business Development & Operations Executive to drive client acquisition and manage initial operational setups. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, packaging, and automotive sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business. Operational Setup & ManagementOversee the initial setup of logistics operations, including vendor selection and coordination.Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.Collaborate with internal teams to align operational strategies with business objectives. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the HR & Admin Executive to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners.Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 3–5 years in business development and operations management, preferably in logistics, packaging, or automotive industries.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Industry Background: Experience at LEAP India or similar large logistics companies is highly desirable.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain management.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
