Manage full-cycle recruitment for both permanent and contract roles. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate client contracts. Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (HR, ops, recruitment) for seamless execution. Track metrics and provide regular client updates and reports.
