About the Role:

Business Development Managers – Technical Sales/Robotics Training


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA/B.Sc./M.Sc.).
  • Experience (preferred):

    Prior experience in technical sales, educational product sales, or the EdTech domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, CSR bodies, and education departments.
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle: from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and training sessions to institutional clients.
  • Understand and present complex technical products in a simplified, value-driven way.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customized solutions and high customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain tech-enabled education products.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to lead generation and client conversion.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan and occasionally to other states for client meetings and demonstrations.


Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Internship or project experience in EdTech, technical sales, or client servicing.
  • Familiarity with Robotics/STEM/AI-related technologies or academic kits.
  • Understanding of institutional sales, or B2B educational marketing.
