Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in our U.S. healthcare staffing division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue within hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare staffing sector (nursing, allied health, locum, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, MSPs, VMS platforms, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Understand client staffing needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client needs.
• Negotiate terms and contracts in alignment with company policies and market standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of VMS/MSP platforms and healthcare staffing workflows.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience working with state contracts, federal clients, or travel nurse staffing.
• Existing client relationships within U.S. healthcare networks.

Pay: ₹12,850.92 - ₹75,000.00 per month
