Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Contract Logistics - 3PL at Dart Global Logistics in Chennai , Bengaluru & Hyderabad. The role involves managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years' Sales / Business development experience in contract logistics, 3PL, and supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in business development and sales
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
