Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Air Freight Specialist. The Air Freight Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating air freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and handling customer inquiries. Daily tasks include communication with clients, processing export documentation, organizing freight shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also be involved in team training and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
