Job Descriptions-
1. Responsible for OEM & Export Sales.
2. Follow up / Conversion on the leads generated through various channels.
3. Responsible for Client and distribution servicing & active involvement in hand holding the transactions with the new and existing clients.
4. Responsible for up-sell & cross sell across asset classes to both Corporates & its Promoters.
5. Responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales targets (B2B/Institutional).
6. Market Mapping, Competition mapping in the geography assigned.
7. Cross sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to time.
8. Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the region.
9. Coordination with internal teams & various departments to accomplish the task assigned.
10. Make daily sales calls for searching new customers.
11. Monitor business growth regularly and maintain consistency in sourcing.
12. Efforts shall be to achieve assigned annual targets i.e. Gross, Net Sales, Asset growth, client activation / acquisition etc.
13. Ensuring client visits in assigned territory(Selecting object oriented)
14. Adhering to compliance norms of the organisation and Regulator.
15. Closely coordinate with Operations to seamless closure of transaction
16. Hands-on with MS Word, Excel &PowerPoint
17. Strong communication skills.
18. Strong selling skills - Lead Generation & Negotiating
19. The candidate must be dynamic with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
