Sales executive ( For Jewellery showroom)

Key Responsibilities: Selling and Customer Service: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Providing expert advice and recommendations on jewellery selection. Demonstrating products and highlighting their features. Assisting customers with purchases and completing sales transactions. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. Sales Targets and Performance: Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals. Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Preparing and presenting sales reports. Product Knowledge and Trends: Staying up-to-date on the latest jewellery trends, styles, and materials. Developing a strong understanding of the company's product line and offerings. Providing expertise and insights to customers regarding jewellery care and maintenance. Inventory and Display: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory. Ensuring that products are displayed properly and attractively. Collaborating with the design team to create new pieces and maintain existing inventory. Administrative and Support: Processing sales transactions efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Managing customer relationships and building strong connections. Providing support to the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns. Attending trade shows and industry events to network and stay informed. Additional Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
