Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is passionate about sales, has a strong knack for identifying growth opportunities, and excels at building long-term client relationships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, referrals, or inbound channels
• Pitch Genzway’s marketing services to startups, D2C brands, and growing businesses
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client onboarding plans
• Handle end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation to closure
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing/design/strategy) to deliver the best solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell new services when applicable
• Update CRM regularly and provide weekly performance reports

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development or client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong follow-up attitude
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends is a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
