We’re now looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager who can build relationships, drive revenue, and contribute to the next phase of Bannstudio’s journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, branding, etc.).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Represent Bannstudio at local events, networking meets, and online forums.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital agency or service-based industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and good at time management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
