Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, job portals, and online communities
• Reach out to potential clients through cold messages, DMs, and email outreach
• Build and manage partnerships with placement agencies, HR consultants, and educational institutions
• Promote SmartResumes.in services to job seekers and working professionals
• Track and manage leads through Google Sheets/CRM and follow up regularly
• Support business strategy with inputs from customer conversations and trends
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns
  

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and strong networking abilities
• Comfortable with outreach, cold messaging, and relationship building
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Prior internship experience in sales or business development is a plus (not mandatory)

Stipend offered - 10000/- per month (Plus incentives) + Remote Working (No Travel)
