Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through offline channels, including events, campus outreach programs, and local networking.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and other strategic partners.
  • Sales Presentations

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Drive revenue by negotiating commercial terms and closing deals to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor local market trends, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
  • Event Coordination

  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars to showcase Zell Education's offerings and drive brand visibility.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    2–4 years of experience in offline/field marketing or BTL sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation:

    Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Adaptability:

    Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
