Web Maestro Technologies is a Kochi-based creative agency specializing in web design, e-commerce development, branding, and digital marketing solutions. We work with clients across India and the UAE to craft impactful digital experiences. We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Pitch web design and digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in web/digital field).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle client meetings independently.
• Basic understanding of digital services like websites, SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good to Have

• Experience dealing with clients from UAE or international markets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
