Responsibilities Strategically bid on projects on Upwork to win quality leads and long-term clients. Leverage LinkedIn to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and nurture business relationships. Understand and apply Upwork algorithms to increase profile visibility and proposal success rate. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and follow up regularly. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and delivery process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role. Proven expertise in Upwork bidding with a track record of successful project wins. Strong command over LinkedIn lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., Sales Navigator). Excellent written and spoken English — must be confident in handling client calls and messages. Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Understanding of IT services , software development, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
