About Us: At Studily Learning Technologies , we are reimagining the future of education in India. Through Studily XR , we develop immersive AR/VR solutions for engineering and medical colleges. Simultaneously, our AI & Robotics Lab Program is shaping next-gen STEM education for school students through hands-on robotics and AI curricula aligned with CBSE & NEP guidelines. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to champion our XR and AI Robotics Lab offerings across educational institutions, manage the full sales cycle, and help us scale our mission across India. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales Ownership: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across schools and colleges for XR and Robotics Lab solutions. Drive the complete sales cycle: cold calling, lead generation, demo scheduling, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals. Manage post-sales coordination to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals, college administrators, and education leaders. Understand client requirements deeply and tailor solutions that fit their institutional needs. Market Research & Outreach: Track education trends, competitive offerings, and government mandates (e.g., CBSE Skill Labs, NEP). Attend education expos, roadshows, and institutional visits to generate brand awareness and leads. Execution Support: Coordinate with internal teams (content, technical, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and setup of labs and VR systems. Monitor installation, training, and post-sales service to ensure smooth project implementation. Who Are You: A self-starter with 2–5 years of experience in EdTech , B2B sales , STEM solutions , or education product sales . Strong communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills . Comfortable with frequent travel across different cities and regions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Required: Proven expertise in sales negotiation and deal closure . Strong understanding of institutional sales processes in schools and higher education. Familiarity with STEM/AI/Robotics/AR-VR products is a plus.
