Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Janakpuri

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and converting potential clients for our website design and digital marketing services. Your goal will be to drive growth through strategic outreach, tailored solutions, and relationship-building.

• Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
• Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and present customized solutions related to website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and branding.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct meetings and online demos to showcase our service offerings.
• Follow-ups & Deal Closure: Maintain consistent follow-ups, address client queries, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor services to improve outreach strategy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in B2B or agency sales, preferably in website design or digital marketing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in presenting and explaining technical services like SEO, WordPress, and Google Ads in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  

• Basic knowledge of web development, SEO, or online advertising.
• Experience in outbound sales or working in a digital agency environment.
