Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth by building strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and interior designers. This role involves end-to-end coordination, from lead generation and client servicing to closing deals for large-scale home, hospitality, and office decor projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment, including corporate gifting, bulk furnishing, and workspace solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and procurement teams.
Manage client requirements for our home and lifestyle products in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, product, retail) to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitch presentations, and product demonstrations.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools.
Ensure post-sales support and follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred.
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in home decor, furnishings, or lifestyle brands.
Existing network or experience working with architects, designers, and procurement heads is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of design aesthetics and client customization requirements.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
