Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Mumbai Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹4–6 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Key Roles And Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive student enrollments. Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, educational fairs, and institutional tie-ups. Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents. Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education partners. Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional strategies. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools. Meet weekly/monthly targets for inquiries and admissions. Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
