Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• 0-2years of experience in sales support, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and email campaign tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) is an advantage.
• Strong Business and Communication abilities
• Experience in client acquisition and retention
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
