Position: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: South Tukoganj , Indore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify and target potential clients (B2B/B2C) needing digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell/cross-sell additional services (e.g., SEO upgrades, ad campaign scaling).
  • Address client concerns and collaborate with the digital marketing team for seamless execution.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends (AI, automation, Google/Facebook algorithm changes).
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team for service enhancements.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align sales pitches with service capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Track KPIs and provide regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in business development/sales, preferably in digital marketing/agency settings.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media ads, or web development services.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude.

KPIs:

  • Monthly revenue targets.
  • Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Client retention & upsell rates.
  • Lead conversion rate.
