Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and represent our company in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the education sector, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools and colleges, Coaching Centers to meet decision-makers and schedule demo sessions as per the planned calendar.
  • Must Achieve Sales Target.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of interactive panels to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Close new business deals through effective negotiation and contract development.
  • Contribute to company reputation by taking ownership and exploring new ways to add value.
  • Travel extensively within the city and surrounding region.
  • Embrace and represent the company’s values, culture, and mission.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Display a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-growing, performance-driven environment.
  • Leverage existing connections and networks in the education sector.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years Experience in Sales of Interactive Panels, Smart Classroom Room Solutions in Education or Corporate Sectors
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in EdTech or related field)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations
  • Familiarity with the education sector and a strong local network is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
