Business Development Executive (B2B – College Connect)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead B2B partnerships with engineering and degree colleges across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building strong institutional relationships and achieving enrollment targets through strategic outreach.

Identify and build relationships with colleges, universities, and training & placement cells for collaborations.

Visit college campuses, conduct presentations/seminars, and promote Expertzlab’s training programs.

Manage and execute MoUs or tie-ups with educational institutions.

Track leads from institutions and ensure conversion through proper follow-ups.

Plan and attend career fairs, student outreach events, and workshops across Kerala.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and student engagement strategies.

Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and visit logs on a daily/weekly basis.

Requirements:

Female/Male required

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B business development or educational sales.

Proven experience in college engagement or institutional sales will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) within Kerala.

Fluent in English and Malayalam.

Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
