Your Role:

• Generate leads and secure clients via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
• Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs
• Manage client communication, from initial contact to deal closure
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align on project scope
• Meet monthly sales targets and help build long-term client relationships
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience as a BDE in a software or digital services company
• Mandatory experience with Upwork and similar freelance platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a startup environment
• Must be available to work onsite at our Zirakpur office
