Business Development Consultant (US Shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and results-driven professionals with experience in International BPO (voice, outbound sales) to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with senior professionals and ensuring our customers achieve optimal results with Paramantra software.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Activities

• Team Collaboration:

  Participate in a 30-minute team huddle to align on goals and strategies.

• Customer Outreach:

• Utilize online tools to research and connect with potential clients.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
  

• Client Engagement:

  Schedule and attend online client meetings.

• Skill Development:

  Participate in interactive training sessions to continuously refine sales techniques.

• Strong interpersonal

  communication skills

  to engage with clients and understand their needs.

Customer Interaction

• Engage with senior-level executives such as CEOs, CIOs, CMOs, CSOs, Founders, and Chairpersons from medium to large enterprises in North America.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships, promoting the value of our subscription-based software solutions.

Mission

• Provide a seamless customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
• Promote multi-year partnerships by demonstrating the value of our software in enhancing marketing, sales, and service strategies.

Qualifications

Required Domain Expertise

• Mandatory experience in International BPO (voice, inbound, outbound).
• Additional experience in related fields will be a significant advantage.
