Business Development Associate Salary: ₹3-4.8 LPA/- (Concerning performance)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate who can drive growth through effective communication, sales strategies, and digital management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), have a strong grasp of Canva, Excel, and Adobe tools, and be proactive in identifying and converting business opportunities.

This role involves managing both external communications and internal coordination to boost brand presence, generate leads, and contribute to the overall business expansion.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.

  • Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube through content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Create visually appealing presentations and reports using Canva, Excel, and other tools for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and client deliverables.
  • Represent the brand professionally in communication—emails, meetings, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to sales pitches, proposal writing, and follow-ups to close leads effectively.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or sales roles.
  • Proficient in managing social media handles—Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of Canva, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Adobe tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to pitch new ideas and strategies.
  • Prior experience in a startup or creative agency environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
