About the Role:

Business Development Associate – Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries such as FinTech, NBFCs, Pharma, Retail, and Gaming.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, cold calls, and databases.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or demos with the sales or leadership team.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
  • Assist in writing cold outreach messages, follow-ups, and sales collaterals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sectors.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
  • Strong research and analytical mindset
  • Basic understanding of B2B IT services or eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and good at time management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior internship or experience in B2B sales or IT services domain
  • Understanding of outbound email automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist)
  • Awareness of AI, DevOps, or Cloud technologies (basic level)
