Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Attingal, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Company Overview Pexa —formerly PEX CAR CARE—is India’s fastest-growing doorstep car care brand. Since our launch in January 2020, we’ve expanded from car wash services to over 180 franchise units nationwide, and recently introduced Bike Units to improve accessibility. With a growing line of branded products and a strong franchise model, Pexa is redefining convenience, quality, and customer experience in the auto care space. Role Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong franchise partnerships, and expanding market reach. The BDM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and supporting overall business expansion—especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities where doorstep auto care is gaining momentum. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, franchise partners, and regional expansion channels Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, franchisees, and partners Execute strategies for lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management Coordinate with the marketing team to align branding and lead-generation campaigns Represent Pexa at industry events, expos, or roadshows when required Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new franchise partners Monitor competitor activity and recommend business development strategies accordingly Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Sales , Franchise Development , Channel Partnerships , or B2B Business Development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Experience in the automotive , retail , or services sector is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing , or related field Must be willing to travel for business expansion and franchise visits Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Marketing: 3 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) Kannada (Required) Tamil (Preferred) Location: Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
