Position: Business Development Executive – EdTech (B2B & Tech Sales Programs) Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 1–3 years Working Hours: Full-time | 6 days a week Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives About SalesAI Academy SalesAI Academy is a fast-growing EdTech startup helping freshers, professionals, and career switchers launch successful careers in B2B and Tech Sales. Our live, hands-on bootcamps are designed by IIT and ISB alumni and taught by top industry experts using Gen-AI-powered sales techniques. Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your job is to understand their career goals, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process with empathy and conviction. Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with cold/warm leads from our database Explain the benefits of our B2B and Tech Sales programs Conduct Zoom counselling sessions when required Guide prospects from interest to conversion Maintain follow-up communication and manage CRM data Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or EdTech admissions Past experience in selling professional or vocational courses A degree in BBA, MBA, or related fields Strong communication and listening skills Empathy to understand learner psychology and career dilemmas A consultative sales approach, not pushy tactics Growth & Career Path: We invest in your growth.
