Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients (B2B and B2C) through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Understand customer needs and tailor appropriate learning solutions
• Conduct compelling product demos and presentations, both online and in person
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and revenue closures
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback-driven improvements
• Maintain updated records on CRM tools and share actionable insights with leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and resilience in a target-driven environment
• Passion for education and an understanding of the EdTech landscape
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, events, or presentations

Pay: ₹9,734.14 - ₹34,377.07 per month
