Business Developer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR services such as recruitment, payroll, compliance, and staffing.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their HR requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HR or the service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Familiarity with HR functions and industry trends is a plus.
