Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and product presentations to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align on solutions and strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated information on leads and deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
