We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executives to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and research potential clients (brands, businesses) that align with Ace Media House's service offerings through various channels (online research, networking, cold outreach, industry events).

• Outreach & Relationship Building:

  Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings to introduce Ace Media House and understand their marketing needs.

• Pitch & Proposal Development:

  Effectively articulate the value proposition of our services (Influencer Marketing, Celebrity PR, Production, Photoshoots) and create compelling, tailored proposals that address client requirements.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Lead negotiations to secure new client partnerships and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

• Pipeline Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the creative and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and project execution process.

• Achieve Targets:

  Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, directly impacting your earning potential.

• Freshers Welcome!

  No prior experience in business development is strictly required, but a strong aptitude for sales and a willingness to learn are essential.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:

  Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated:

  A strong drive to achieve targets and a proactive approach to generating new business. You are comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Media Landscape:

  A keen interest in influencer marketing, celebrity PR, content production, and photography is a plus.
• Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and a willingness to learn CRM tools.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based role
