Business Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, loyal, and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to work directly with our Business Head. Your core role is to turn plans into actions, track follow-ups, coordinate with team leaders, and support smooth business execution across branches. This is not a desk-only job. You’ll interact daily with internal teams (HR, Admin, Counselors, TLs) and ensure that what’s discussed actually gets implemented. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Maintain follow-up tracker: what the Business Head instructed, to whom, and by when Convert voice notes to actionable WhatsApp messages, tasks, and checklists Follow up with Team Leaders, Counselors, HR, and Admin for timely execution Assist in preparing weekly review reports, dashboards, and SOP documents Track and report progress on leadership activities, team updates, and priorities Coordinate small leadership training, review schedules, and progress logs Observe and report team discipline, energy, and feedback Protect Business Head’s time by filtering, prioritizing, and managing unplanned requests ✅ Who Can Apply:Graduate (any degree); preferred: B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related field 5 years of experience in admin, office coordination, or executive assistant roles 🧠 Skills Required: Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work with Google Sheets, Docs, and WhatsApp professionally Good communication in English and Tamil (written + spoken) High sense of ownership and emotional maturity Organized mindset with an eye for detail Loyalty, speed, and willingness to learn fast 🌟 Why Join SSL Education?
