Admission Counsellor

We are a reputed computer education and training institute with multiple branches, dedicated to equipping students with essential digital and professional skills. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counselors to guide students and parents in choosing the right course for their future. Key Responsibilities:Welcome walk-in students and parents, provide detailed information about the courses, and guide them through the admission process. Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses. Follow a structured counseling and sales process to convert inquiries into enrollments. Conduct follow-ups with prospects who visited the center or showed interest in joining. Coordinate with the telecalling team for follow-up leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. Handle inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms. Maintain student records and reports using internal tools/CRM. Collect fees and complete admission formalities. Support students in understanding the class schedule, faculty coordination, and orientation process. Requirements:Qualification: Any Degree Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred) Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personality Passion for sales and career counseling Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM entry, etc.) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Prior experience in sales, counseling, or front office will be an added advantage
