Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our growing company Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Partner with functional heads / hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create JDs that resonate with potential candidate Support hiring across LOBs Operational and support, IT/ Non-IT Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hiring partners, internal references etc Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process Maintain a structured hiring workflow, create and maintain Hiring SOPs and documents Relevant dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for internal and management reference. Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to optimize hiring processes Provide guidance and support to other recruiters, helping them develop their skills and foster a collaborative atmosphere Work from office role (All 5 Days, 1 pm 10 pm shift). Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 - 7+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Hands on experience with major job portals and recruitment platforms Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor market trends Keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships Energetic self-driven and collaborative team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Graduate in any discipline.
