Every idea we touch is unique, scalable, and built to deliver measurable results.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Partnerships professional (Executive/Manager level) with 1–5 years of experience specifically in a Marketing / Influencer / Advertising Agency environment.This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes brands, has strong relationship-building skills, and understands how to create business opportunities in the agency ecosystem. Immediate joiners will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, nurture, and grow strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Identify new business opportunities through research and networking.Plan and execute strategies to onboard new brands and expand existing partnerships.Develop and present proposals, pitches, and business contracts.Work cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, creative, influencer relations, performance marketing) to deliver client requirements.Stay up to date with industry trends in marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising.Represent TheBoredMonkey at key events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong brand presence.Requirements1–5 years of experience in a Marketing / Influencer Marketing / Advertising agency (mandatory).Proven track record of managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand brand requirements and create growth-focused solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of business tools.A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.Immediate joiners are preferred.What We ValueAgency-first mindset – understanding brands, creators, and campaigns.Relationship-driven approach with strategic thinking.Hunger to grow, learn, and build something impactful.
