Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support business growth..

Role Description

• Develop eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, banners, and ads, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and optimize content accordingly.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering conversations.

• Support digital marketing campaigns including product launches, brand partnerships, and seasonal promotions

• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and goals

• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and generate monthly reports.

• Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI on social media initiatives

Qualifications

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
